Ky-Mani Marley, born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is one of most known and well-off Reggae artists. In the classic cult movie Shottas he starred opposite Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album, "Like Father Like Son. This was followed by numerous singles including Dear Dad, which topped British reggae charts. In 1997, Ky Mani collaborated along with Praswell (Fugees) to record Avenue a hit cover version of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley appeared at the Midem show (an international music showcase) that was the first time it was staged in Miami. Marley played a live set in the Cameo Theatre, which was broadcast by the Caribbean News Agency across 36 countries. Marley was the subject of an auction battle. He joined Gee Street/V2 Record in 1997. He then completed an album with label partner P.M. Dawn on the hit single Gotta be Movin On Up. Bob's wife Anita Belnavis, a table tennis champ herself, is his only parent. Ky-Mani Marley is Jamaica's richest Reggae Singer.
